We have now appointed a Health and Wellbeing coach based at Brinsley Avenue Medical Practice.

Andy has worked as a Health and Wellbeing Coach for the Meir PCN and is looking forward to working with the patients at Brinsley Avenue Practice and bringing his knowledge and experience to a new and exciting role.

A Health and Wellbeing Coach will support people to take pro-active steps to improve the way they manage their physical and mental health conditions. Through coaching and motivating, the Health and Wellbeing coach will work with patients during multiple sessions to identify their needs, set goals, and supporting patients to achieve their personalised health and care plan objectives through information on education and self-management.
